Thank you for shopping at NavDigi Technologies.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Continental USA

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • PO Boxes (limited products)

  • APO/FPO military addresses (select items)

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time:

  • Electronics & Accessories: 1–3 business days

  • Software Keys / Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email

  • Bulk & Special Orders: May take 3–5 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)

  • Available for most products

  • Tracking number provided

Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

  • Faster delivery

  • Extra charges apply

Overnight / Priority Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

  • Available for select items

  • Must be placed before 12 PM EST

Digital Products Delivery (Instant)

  • Activation keys & downloads are sent directly to your email

  • No physical shipment involved

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email

  • A tracking link to monitor delivery

  • Carrier details and expected arrival date

Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

A. Delayed

Weather, customs (for APO/FPO), or carrier issues may cause delays.

B. Marked Delivered but Not Received

Please allow 24–48 hours.
If still not found:

C. Damaged During Shipping

We may request:

  • Photos of damage

  • Packaging images

  • Order number and details

We will assist with replacement or claim processing.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds may not be possible until the package is returned to us

Contact support immediately if you need to update an address.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or manufacturer rules, including:

  • Large TVs

  • Hazardous items

  • Batteries or voltage-specific devices

We will notify you if an item cannot be shipped to your location.

9. Items Shipped Separately

For faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Warehouse distribution

  • Digital + physical product combinations

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

10. Digital Goods Shipping

For antivirus software, license keys, or digital downloads:

  • Delivery is instant via email

  • No physical package shipped

  • Please check your spam/junk folder

  • Contact us if you did not receive the key within 5 minutes
