We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, and replacements apply.
1. General Refund Guidelines
We offer refunds and replacements on eligible products based on product type and condition.
To qualify for a return or refund:

You must request it within the allowed return period

The product must be in its original condition

You must provide proof of purchase (order number/email)
Some items cannot be returned or refunded (see Section 4).
2. Return Window
Electronics, hardware, accessories
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

Item is unused or lightly used

Original packaging is intact

All accessories/manuals are included
Defective or damaged items
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or video for verification.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

After inspection, your refund will be processed

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is our fault (wrong or defective item).
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Subscription licenses

Downloadable content
Once a key or download link is delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
❌ Opened Software or Packages
If the packaging seal is broken on software products.
❌ Used or Physically Damaged Items
Items damaged due to mishandling, drops, water damage, or unauthorized repair.
❌ Final Sale or Clearance Items
These items are non-returnable.
5. Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive:
A. Wrong Item
We will send a replacement at no cost.
B. Defective Item
We will replace the item or offer a refund after inspection.
C. Damaged in Transit
We may require:

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the packaging

Order details
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Cancellations
Before Order is Shipped
You may request a cancellation.
If accepted, we issue a full refund.
After Order Has Shipped
Cancellation is not possible.
You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
Digital Orders
Cannot be canceled once the license key or download link is sent.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
8. Return Shipping Costs

If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item):
